Recipe: (High fiber prebiotic): De-Stressing Chocolate Pudding

The other day I wrote a blog about how women can naturally lower their cortisol levels through a variety of diet and lifestyle techniques including ensuring adequate consumption of prebiotic and probiotic foods. To read the full blog post click here

Following that blog I promised you a delicious chocolaty recipe that would support you de-stress and here it is! A silky smooth recipe that is high in fibre and prebiotic goodness! 🤸‍♀️

...My De-Stressing Chocolate Pudding!

It is easy to whip together, filled with avocado goodness and super satisfying!

Serves 6


3 ripe avocados

¼ cup cacao powder (unsweetened)

¼ cup maple syrup

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 dash salt


Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. How easy is that!

Serve & enjoy!

P.s For a deeper flavour, try adding a pinch of cinnamon.
