Mindset Monday Berry & Banana Smoothie Bowl!

It is no secret that I love to make food that has that Back-to-Basics vibe! Simple food, minimal time and effort and if possible minimal ingredients is awesome too!!!

This recipe ticks all those boxes. It's called my Monday Mindset Berry & Banana Smoothie Bowl because I think it's a great way to start your week!

It has just 3 main ingredients (toppings are listed however are optional and can be changed to whatever you want or feel like). There is literally 2 steps to the recipe & the ingredients are real food ingredients that add nourishment to your body.

It's a perfect little recipe - packed full of goodness and super easy and quick to prepare! Plus that colour is amazing isn't it?!

Monday Mindset Berry & Banana Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1.


For Smoothie:

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 heaped cup Frozen Berries

  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (low fat)

For Topping:

  • 1/4 cup Blackberries (Any berries for extra topping -optional)

  • 1 tsp Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (Optional Topping)

  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Seeds (Optional Topping)

  • 1 tsp Sunflower Seeds (Optional Topping)


  1. Add banana, berries and yoghurt to your food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Top with your choice of toppings.

  3. Serve immediately. Enjoy!


Add your choice of toppings including above or extra banana, raisins, etc.
